Granola From Scratch

Wildflower Honey Granola

I am sharing my favorite granola recipe. What makes this granola delicious is the light fruity and rich flavor of the wildflower honey; the fragrance will arouse your senses. And the combination of rolled oats, nuts, and seeds gives it a delicate crisp. A delicious way to kick-start your morning, try a sprinkle over your favorite yogurt bowl, combine with cereal, or add milk to a bowl. Try some for lunch sprinkled over a green salad, or eat plain as a snack. However adventurous you decide to be in the kitchen, the granola will be your healthy choice. Why buy store brought when you can have better quality with homemade in a matter of minutes. Give this recipe a try and let me know how glad your taste buds are.

Make sure you use rolled oats, not quick oats.

Use an offset spatula to lift granola from the baking sheet.
My favorite breakfast is a yogurt bowl with mixed fruit, topped with granola.
