Ingredients

  • 3 Cups
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Cups
    vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/4 Cup
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons
    corn syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup
    Bourbon

Instructions

  1. Stir together in a large bowl two cups confectioner's sugar, vanilla wafers, cocoa and pecans.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

  3. Scoop dough using a 2" ice cream scoop, form into balls

  4. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
